It is important to keep your bikes in good condition through proper care and maintenance. A tune up or preventive maintenance should be performed at least once a year.

Tune Up - Mountain Bike, Road Bike
True wheels, retention spokes, adjust headset, hubs
and bottom bracket. Adjust brake cables and shifting
cables. Check all nuts and bolts and examine frame.
Check tire pressure.
Overhaul - Mountain Bike, Road Bike
Everything included in a Tune Up plus disassemble,
Cleaning and greasing of headset, bottom bracket and
front and rear hubs. Cleaning and lubricating of all
pivot points of front and rear derailleur.
Drivetrain Cleaning
Remove, clean, lube and reassemble of the front and rear
derailleur, chain, freewheel, and cassette.
Tires & Tubes
Installation of tire and tube.
Brakes & Cables
Lube and adjust levers and cables.
Lube and adjust levers & cables and replace pads.
Derailleurs- Front and Rear
Lube and adjust
Replace cables, cable housing and adjustments
Trueing - Front and Rear Wheels
Lateral true
Lateral and radial true
Lateral, radial and dishing of rim
Chain, Freewheel, Cassette
Installation of new chain-cut and size.
